Kevin King currently serves as General Counsel to Pulaski Bank, one of St. Louis’ premier community banking financial institutions.  Mr. King, along with other members of the firm, represent Pulaski in all areas of the law, including loan documentation, loan workouts, contract drafting and review, litigation, foreclosures and bankruptcy.

Asset Purchase & Sales Transactions

Members of the firm regularly represent individuals and companies in asset based purchase and sale transactions.  Our representation involves the negotiation, drafting and review of all documents attendant to a commercial transaction including purchase and sale agreements and all financing and other loan documentation.  Our range of clients includes medium to large corporations, as well as smaller, closely-held companies. 

Business Formation

Our firm assists businesses of all sizes at the earliest stages in selecting and implementing the correct corporate form for that business, including forming corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships or other legal business entities.

Contracts

The firm provides the full spectrum of commercial and contract law negotiation, review and drafting. Our practice in this area ranges from the very simple to the very complex, and includes counseling clients in all aspects of a particular matter or transaction involving the drafting or review of written agreements.
