Daniel J. McNamee
Dan McNamee handles an array of litigation matters for individuals, businesses and public entities and advises clients on corporate, real estate and other business related concerns.
Dan has successfully prosecuted and defended cases through all phases of litigation, including contract disputes, civil rights, premises liability, and employment cases in both state and federal courts. His practice also includes foreclosure, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. Whatever the matter, Dan strives to offer a comprehensive and cost-effective approach to his clients’ needs.
Dan is a volunteer lawyer with the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and participates in various projects with Habitat for Humanity. Dan resides in St. Louis County with his wife, Victoria, and son Colin.
